[0.7.79]Different fitted module info in dock and space.

Noticed it by accident.
When you check the item's attribute in the dock (say, fitted shield booster), it returns a proper list of item's attributes.
However, when you undock, right-click -> Show Info returns the info on the SHIP, not the module.

I think it's related to bugged resistance calculations too.
Zuko has a machariel, that happened to be in space with DCU online during a few crashes.
So, while mach is docked, attributes are fine, but as soon as he undocks, hull resists are jumping over 174% (lol).

yeah, i've noticed that, too, but never really looked into it much... not sure why it does that.
i know some of the inventory GetInfo calls are funky, but havent had time to look at them....and it's not that high on my list.

the dcu is hacked, so resists will get weird with it, because of the way i've wrote the checks/resets for adding resists.
between them and shield/armor hardeners and the like, i havent been able to get the code right to keep the numbers at 0-100 like they should be. just too many 'what ifs'
this problem is a bit higher on the list, and will look into again after i fix targeting.
