Creating items (ships) in station

Steps to Reproduce: create an item such as a ship example (.create 23915 1 //Create Chimera in Station)
nothing appears in the hangar
Work Around: Relog to see the item in the hangar
- Then once logged in assemble the ship again, and relog
- At this point you can make the ship active but you have to relog twice for this to happen
