customs offices
while im thinking about it, customs offices in empire space (>0.49) are owned/operated by CONCORD, and the rest by InterBus.
these offices are NOT at the warp-in point of planets, as they are on live, but rather in random orbits around their planet.
as these entities are global, this isnt a big deal.
at this time, attacking COs is NOT implemented, but will be in the future.
to be exact, the COs use a lot of the POS code, which is unfinished. i need a few more POS systems working before we can kill COs.
the same thing applies for the CO gantry, which is moot at this point, as it cannot be created. (materials not available)
will post more on specifics of operating/maintaining POCOs as i get it coded.
