[1.21] Target lock issues

[1.21] Target lock issues

As the folk who noted it is not registered here, gonna post it myself:

Old target-lock issue is back - freshly-spawned NPC is unable to be targeted until you re-enter the bubble by re-warping or docking/undocking.
Target lock does not drop when you dock.
Plus, seems like there's something wrong with target lock itself - i'm not sure if server supports the targets amount cap, but when you try to lock too much targets, server thinks that they're locked, while client keeps saying that this target is already locked, giving the infinite lock bar.
docking/undocking breaks the shit out of it, not allowing to lock anything, giving the same infinite lock bar.


Long things short - if there are any locked targets, docking/undocking does not drop them. If there are any locked targets and you warp out with them - client drops the lock, but when you warp back in - there are no targets nor wrecks.
Docking/undocking brings them back.
Also worthy to note that when he warped back in, docked/undocked, NPC's have moved like ~70km in direction of previous warp out - seems like they were trying to keep at range the target that warped out.

Well,i think there's could be more, so i'll need to test that myself.
Guess there's something wrong with the destiny again =\

are you sure the server debug version is 1.21?
nm....i just noticed i havent been updating the debug version numbers......

yes, i've noticed there are a few problems with targeting, which relate to npcai, as i started working on npcai and targeting, but stopped to fix the blackscreen shit.
it is related to destiny, but not a destiny problem, per se.
i have found and fixed a few problems on test server, but havent pushed to main yet.
i think i will be fixing these before i continue with loot and spawning.
from what i've seen so far, most of the problems are coming from my implementation of invulnerability and cloak (login, dock, jump), which are a part of destiny.
i didnt have timers set correctly for removal of the invul state, so when npc targets, it hits the invul check, and negates targeting, chasing, orbit, etc.
i'll have to look into the dock target thing.

everything is intertwined with everything else.....lol
