Combat Anoms not spawning NPC's
Description: When warping to a combat anom in a 0.7 system (currently one only ones i have tested) nothing happens, no enemies spawn (but the server has a chance of crashing)
items affected/used: Comabt Anoms
how to replicate: warp to a Combat anom in 0.7 or lower
