crash on station load

couldn't get the installer to work but the Exefile.exe launches, crashes when the station starts to load

do you have any crash logs or messages related to this?

I am seeing the same problem. No crash log is being created because it looks like a disconnection. I saw a lost connection error message this time. Also the client re-launches every time.
Basically every time I start to load the station the client crashes or shuts down. Since I am in a station, this makes it not possible to load anything else.

Created another character in a different station and got a little more before the client shut down. It showed my pilot standing there in the captains quarters. Maybe this will help.

i dont see any errors in the logs, but will look into it more as i get time.

i think i've found the problem here and it has been fixed.
it wasnt anything to do with the player, but a missing npc check which caused a segfault.
took me too long to track it down but was an easy fix.
