update to remove spam when loading dynamic entities
update to use auto for iterator in RemoveEntity() due to odd errors.
add aknors(?) price fix script, updated for my environment.

major updates to dogma lm service....mostly code sematics corrections
added few targeting debugging msgs
removed NULL (C macro) in favor of C++'s nullptr

Torpedo launchers and cap-sized meta turrets/launchers fix. …
- Fixed the unavailability to load the ammo in torpedo launchers.
- Fixed the unavailability to load the ammo in cap-sized meta turrets
and all cap-sized cruise missile/torpedo launchers.

update npc sight range
update npc attack range
update npc distance check
make npcs approach when targeted outside their range.
added "no insurance" value of 150k isk for uninsured ships
removed debug msgs in active module component class
added Bubble and Destiny checks for npc when killed (crash fix)

update to fix warping where bubble check was not allowing destiny Process() to be called during ship warp.
added more code profiling
added radian to degree functions (both ways)
removed current pi and radian defs, as they are no longer used.
update to fix empty bubble check crash.

Re-worked the activation filter, so now modules will only work with
their respective harvestable targets.

Correction for partial (aborted) miner cycle, which were giving an
immense amounts of ore when the cycle is aborted.
Doesn't work correctly yet, as timeLeft variable seems to be 0 for now -
it'll return the ore for a single-cycle.
Thorough check for correct target, which extractor have activated on.
Re-worked that to prevent regular miners from being able to be activated
on Ice.
- Fixed the ability to activate deep core miners on regular ores.
- Overhauled the skill/ship bonuses - core skills, mining
frigates/cruisers, barges and exhumers.
- Fixed the math and logic in the partial processing cycle. Now it gives
the right amount of ore if cycle was aborted.
- Implemented the ice processing function. To be tested.

Known issues: Multiple strip miners do not launch on the same object,
giving the ore for full cycle instead.

Added a filter that will prevent a zero-amount pieces of ore from
creating if oreVolumeToPull is less than the oreVoulme. Works for both
ore and ice.
Fixed the ice processing for aborted cycle in case of insufficient time
and insufficient cargo space.
Put some trace logging for further testing.
