Grouping weapons Bug

Description: grouping ship weapons via the button gives an error [You cannot stack assembled items]

items affected/used: any weapon on a ship that has a charge in it

how to replicate: press the group weapons button when you have launchers/guns w/ charges in them

this is a bug.
this system was working quite well before the db wipe.
it is high on the list and will be fixed asap.
