"Remove Charge" Button Bug

Description: Clicking the "Remove charge" Button in the ship fitting window when docked does nothing or ends up crashing the server

items affected/used: any gun that has a charge in it

how to replicate: simply hit the button and watch it do nothing

this is a bug.
this system was working quite well before the db wipe.
it is high on the list and will be fixed asap.

found the code problem and fixed it.
has not been tested yet.
