After login cannot choose character

Ended up making four accounts because passwords are buggy as hell and don't deal with numbers and capital letters (not sure which) properly and locked me out of 2 of them.

But after creating a character on the one that worked and flying around for a bit, I relogged and when I got to the character select screen everything was blank except for the webpage on the right. that made it impossible to choose a character

what makes them buggy?
how do you know they cant deal with caps and/or numbers?
what accounts?
what character name?
what time? preferably zulu (to check for errors in server log)
password have no trouble with the std EN::US characters, and was working fine afaik.
are the accounts new? *new means in last week*

This is a corrupt character issue. If the server crashes during the finalization process of character creation and only half of the database state is saved than often times the character selection screen will fail to display anything due to missing data.

This bug is probably related to the server crashes during character creation from the other thread

The account in question just needs it's characters and associated data deleted.

No idea why they're buggy,
Because I chose password with capitals and numbers and it didn't work. I know it wasn't a typo because I made a second account with the same password. It worked when I removed the caps and numbers on new accounts.

accounts are new, created 2 days ago now and have the names: mcterra, testaccount, mcterra10 and mcterraman.
Chars are Terra Andedare and Terra

Update: was able to login to the accounts I have the password for and choose a character.
Not sure if someone did something or if it naturally worked itself out.

password system isnt buggy. they handle caps and numbers just fine. i use caps and numbers in my PW with no problem.
as groove said, it was a problem with char creation process. when you made the characters, their data wasnt saved correctly, which led to the problems you were having.
i have edited the characters to add the missing data.
